You can’t
park your limited edition BMW M6 on just any garage floor. That wouldn’t be
proper. Such a collector’s pride and joy requires a porcelain black and white
checkerboard.
The majority of the work in this job was the floor prep. The slab was coated with an unknown material. We ground it all off to ensure a lasting adhesion. It also had offsets of up to 1˝” in elevation that we had to grind and fill to achieve a flat appearance.
